However, in a rebuttal on Wednesday, Akothee decalred that she has no political ambition, now or in the future.

Through a post on her Instagram page, she those behind the rumor to leave her alone since she has no desire of “stressing” herself by becoming a politician.

“Let somebody warn this person trying to push me to the wall to be careful. Am not a politician, I don’t know any tail or head of politics, I am too young to be stressed. Don’t give me a shoe that isn’t meant for me, leave me alone, let me put on my Bikinis and enjoy my life,” said Akothee.

Politics runs in Akothee’s family. Her father, Joshua Owino Kokeyo, is a former District Officer and her mother, Monica Yunita Kokeyo is an MCA in Migori.
