Akothee threatens to sue woman who called her a ‘husband snatcher’
Kenyan singer cum entrepreneur Esther Akoth alias Akothee has promised to sue the lady who called her a husband snatcher.
In an interview with Milele FM, the self-proclaimed President of single mothers said the woman would serve as an example to other ‘keyboard warriors.’
“I will take her to court and she has to know by defamation of character. I am very innocent and we have all the evidence.”
The lady, identified as Lucy, claimed that she was in a relationship with Akothee’s current boyfriend called, Omosh, but the two broke up after Akothee came into the picture, adding that she introduced Akothee to Omosh.
Lucy’s revelation sparked controversy prompting Akothee’s boyfriend to break his silence over the affair.
According to Akothee’s swizz boyfriend, Lucy and he had only engaged in a business relationship that was not romantic at all.

Omosh would then clarify on his Instagram how he met the Kula Ngoma na Mama Oyoo hitmaker, “The first day I encountered Esther, I met her through my friend Pius who lives next to lake Zug, she was in France heading to Italy for her holidays, and after this video call I said to myself I must meet her in person.
Then Pius convinced her to come over to Switzerland, and on July 16, Esther Akoth Kokeyo was mine, I didn’t care about her status or who she is, I fell in love with her brain, spirit, personality, and energy and she is beautifuuuuuuullll @akotheekenya.”
In September, the mother of five announced that she was not single saying, “I am not single anymore, you can, take this to the bank. Happy Sabbath.”
This post was with a video where she was seen frolicking on the sand at a beach shore in Mombasa with her supposed new mzungu bae.
She captioned the post saying her mother’s prayers had been answered. “Sawa basi, It’s yeeeeeeeeees Someone tell my mum atoke tuu church aende home (tell her to leave church and go home). I went for a lunch date in Mombasa shortly.”
