Qatar Airways has unveiled a cutting-edge in-house application designed to empower its Cabin Crew and elevate the passenger experience to unprecedented heights.
In its initial phase, the application provides real-time insights into flight information, customer details, and service preferences.
This pioneering initiative enables Cabin Crew members to access passengers’ profiles, including privilege club members and one world members, along with special service requests and preferences, ensuring a more personalized and integrated journey with the award-winning airline.
The application also serves as a powerful tool for Cabin Crew training, offering access to up-to-date digital training materials, enhancing their skills and knowledge.
In the upcoming months, Qatar Airways aims to achieve a significant milestone by equipping its Cabin Crew with over 15,000 mobile devices in the first phase of this digital transformation.
The airline plans to roll out this project in multiple stages, extending its reach to Hamad International Airport and overseas airports and lounges.
This expansion will integrate passengers’ unique itineraries and requirements seamlessly across all touchpoints.
Qatar Airways Group Chief Executive Officer, Engr Badr Mohammed Al Meer, expressed excitement about this new phase in the airline’s digital transformation, emphasizing the commitment to enhancing the world-class onboard experience.
