NTV’s Dennis Okari has  done it all when it comes to his spiritual life.

Okari who recently made his pulpit debut in a Nairobi church as a minister was once a translator.

The NTV anchor shared a photo of the old times he translated for Archbishop Arthur Kitonga 14 years ago.

In the photo, a slender-looking Okari in an oversized shirt and trouser stands near Kitonga and Reverend Emmanuel Twagirimana.

Okari was interpreting for the two preachers during a conference at the Kenyatta International Conference Centre.

The investigative journalist had in a tell-it-all interview with Nairobi News in 2018 revealed how he had been fighting God’s call to evangelism.

Okari at the time mentioned that he was reconnecting with God and was making steps towards embracing the call to preach God’s word.

In September 2018 he made his debut as a preacher at Christ House Church in South B hosted by Pastor Moses Sempele.
