Infinix launches Note 11 series in Kenya
By Nairobi News ReporterInfinix has officially launched the Note 11 series to the Kenyan market. This is the latest device in its Note series of phones and there will be two devices in the series; Note 11 Pro and Note 11.
According to the company, the new devices bring faster, stronger, more efficient power and performance leveraging a unique combination of advanced technologies for the affordable line of smartphones.

The Infinix Note 11 has a 6.7-inch AMOLED screen with a dewdrop notch. It offers a Full HD+ resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels, 650 nits peak brightness, 100000:1 contrast ratio, 100 percent DCI-P3 color gamut, and a 91 percent screen-to-body ratio. The device sports a slim design as it measures 7.9mm in thickness.
While the Note 11 Pro features the Helio G96 chip, the vanilla model comes with the Helio G88 SoC. The device comes in two variant such as 4 GB RAM + 64 GB storage and 6 GB RAM + 128 GB storage. The device houses a microSD card slot for more storage.
A 16-megapixel selfie camera is available on the Infinix Note 11. Its rear camera module has a 50-megapixel main camera with an f/1.6 aperture, a 2-megapixel bokeh lens, an AI lens, and an LED flash.
The Note 11 has a 5,000mAh battery that supports 33W fast charging. The device comes with security features like face unlock and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.
MediaTek’s Helio G96 chipset is an octa-core processor that features two powerful Arm Cortex-A76 processors cores that clock up to 2.05GHz and an Arm Mali-G57 graphics processing unit (GPU) for remarkably smooth and efficient graphics performance.
Together, this creates a fully immersive experience for users when applied to a vast array of existing features and capabilities within the NOTE 11 Pro from app-switching to watching the latest movie, without ever draining the battery.
MediaTek’s HyperEngine 2.0 Lite Technology capabilities embedded in the G96 also helps to quicken the response time between smartphone and cell tower, while enabling connections to two Wi-Fi bands or routers simultaneously to lower latency and reduce unwanted lag.
Other Infinix NOTE 11 key features include:

- Side-Mounted Fingerprint and Face Unlock: Unlocking the NOTE 11 Series or making quick payments is made easier due to the side-mounted fingerprint sensor and face unlock technology, which allows users to access their phone even while wearing a mask.
- Extended Ram: Note 11 Pro can be upgraded to 11GB from 8GB enabling users to go the extra mile with their productivity and creative potential.
- Universal Flash Storage (UFS) 2.2 with Write Booster: Infinix’s Write Booster feature improves the writing and reading speed to accelerate application and cache loading and reduce delay or lag when switching and opening different apps.
- Stunning colors: The NOTE 11 Pro’s stunning body will be available in three colors: Mithril Grey, Haze Green and Mist blue. The NOTE 11 will be available in three colors: Graphite Black, Celestial Snow and Glacier Green.
The device comes in three colors such as Celestial Snow, Glacier Green, and Graphite Black.
NOTE 11 will retail for Sh22,499 while NOTE 11 Pro has been priced at Sh28,499. Both the devices will be available online on Jumia and Xpark and at Infinix outlets countrywide.
