Former Starehe Constituency MP and musician Jaguar has once again refuted allegations claiming that he is the biological father of fellow singer Diamond Platnumz and socialite Hamisa Mobetto’s son, Dylan.

Despite the prolonged existence of these claims, Jaguar remains steadfast in maintaining his innocence.

The controversy surrounding Dylan’s alleged paternity ensnared Jaguar when he revealed a few years ago that he had fathered a child in Tanzania.

Speculation heightened in August 2020 when Jaguar, in a now-deleted post, wished Dylan a happy birthday, tagging Hamisa in the message, intensifying the belief in the accusations among their social media followers.

To date, Jaguar has not been absolved of the saga and continues asserting his innocence.

Addressing the persistent claims, Jaguar stated, “I see people tag me on his photos, but Hamisa’s son isn’t my child. I guess Hamisa knows exactly who her child’s father is.”

He clarified that he had only met Hamisa twice, and the recent meaningful conversation happened three weeks ago when she was in the country for her 29th birthday celebration.

Jaguar emphasized that if Dylan were indeed his son, he would not be a neglectful father, citing his passionate and protective nature towards his children from two different mothers.

He questioned the logic behind the claims, stating, “Why would I neglect Dylan if he were mine and care for the others? He would be hanging out with them, don’t you think?”

Hamisa has previously voiced her dissatisfaction with Diamond Platnumz’s parenting, accusing him of being a deadbeat father and expressing alleged discrimination against Dylan in comparison to his siblings from different mothers.
