TikTok star Azziad Nasenya opens up on her journey fighting acne

Posting photos of what the journey has been like, Azziad revealed that she battled acne and hyperpigmentation.
However, owing to her consistency in her skincare routine Azziad notes that she first visited a dermatologist to get to understand why she had severe acne.
“I visited a dermatologist and we evaluated and found out that my acne is genetic, my mom and aunts used to have it and also I’m allergic to too much protein,” she offers.

Currently, although she says her face has not yet cleared up, the excited Azziad shared a photo of herself across her social media platforms.
However, the photo has attracted criticism and love in equal measure with others calling her out for using filters and make up, Azziad responded to the trolls saying she is just proud of the way her skin is improving.

Azziad is never shaken by the trolls, when she rose to fame in 2019 after a TikTok dance went viral, she made headlines. At the time, she was 19-years-old, She handled the trolls with so much finesse.
“I was unbound, then boom, covid came, I went viral. It took me 19 years to become a sensation,” she said narrating how people who had no time to help her during the early stages when she was struggling with her career suddenly developed an interest in her once she became famous.

Additionally, Azziad went on to reveal that new relatives she never even knew existed emerged out of the blues and began celebrating and claiming her.
“As things change for you, people will change towards the direction of your fortunes. People don’t know about the sleepless nights, the struggles and hard work, people don’t care how you struggle to get a decent phone for content creation…when you burn the midnight oil,” she said.
