Tiktoker Truthwatchdog: I’m not afraid of death, I’ve buried168 lives

Popular Tiktoker Antony Macloud Mulla a.k.a Truthwatchdog2

You know him as the bold and fearless Tiktoker who exposes criminals in Nairobi. Antony Macloud Mulla, better known as Truthwatchdog2 on TikTok has cut a niche for himself for exposing the immoral in society and he states he is not afraid of death.

During an exclusive interview with the Nairobi News, Truthwatchdog said that serving in an army infused some bravery in him.

He graduated from military training in 2014 and started serving the nation up until 2016 when he left due to injuries and job-related issues.

Since then, the 32-year-old man has been struggling to fit into society by seeking a job, but due to his military-related stance and experience, the man has not been able to sustain the job opportunities that he landed.

“I was told that I was unfit for the military because of the nature of the work and it is stuff I cannot talk about. I was given a small amount of money, and I tried to start doing something that will keep me calm and centre because the reality was too bad,” he said.

As a watchdog to society, as his name indicates, the man says that life has taught him enough, and he cannot perceive any condition as life-threatening to him.

“I’ve gone through a lot in the military. I’m supposed to be dead anyway. I’ve escaped being blown up by landmines, and buried like 168 fellow crew members… I have seen death. So, I just treasure some things to be of more importance than this one life. I treasure my children and other children in the society.”

He said that military men and women go through a lot of things that at times make them look for their spouses or girlfriends to spend time together as a way of relieving the pain.

“That’s what we call a stress reliever. Mostly in the army, we need someone to talk to, and most people don’t understand us.”

The single parent of two sons said that he has been fired many times since he cannot withstand any wrongdoing in the workplace.

“I don’t think people will handle me in places of work because I’m a straightforward person. Fitting back into society is hard because you can’t withstand some things. You always want to see the truth remains the truth but some people cannot take that.”

Truthwatchdog is not only involved in exposing fraudsters. He is a true hustler who is rearing ducks and chickens in a small space in his residential area in Kahawa Wendani.

He also expressed his desire to be part of the Ukraine soldiers in the ongoing war with the Russians who invaded Ukraine in February this year.

Mulla is also still yearning to go back to the military camp and serve the nation if a chance ever pops up.
