Why comedian Mulamwah quit Milele FM

In his announcement, he expressed gratitude to his dedicated fans for their unwavering support throughout his journey.
Mulamwah cited divergent viewpoints on certain aspects of his contract as the primary reason behind his decision to resign.
Sharing the news on his social media platforms, he stated,
“I have officially quit Milele FM after 1 year and 3 months of service. We could not agree on some aspects of the contract and the scope of work hence calling it quits.”
Expressing his appreciation, he extended his thanks to Media Max for the opportunity and acknowledged his supportive colleagues who contributed to his experience during his time at the station.
Addressing his loyal “konki” fans, he reassured them that their interactions would continue across various other platforms and forums.
He conveyed his gratitude for the journey, emphasizing the valuable lessons he had learned along the way.
Mulamwah joined the station in May 2022, marking a pivotal moment in his career.
The comedian at the time said that being on radio had always been an aspiration, and finally, the ideal opportunity had manifested itself.
“God is great, finally on radio – Milele FM. It has always been my dream to one day be on radio, thanks to all konki fans who always believed in me and supported me in my craft from scratch. To everyone else out there, always do you,” Mulamwah shared in a statement.
Seizing the moment, Mulamwah took the occasion to offer words of encouragement to fellow youth, urging them never to abandon their dreams.
His departure from Milele FM comes after hosting a weekly show alongside Meshack Jillani from 1 PM to 4 PM.
