How world media covered news of Trump’s triumph

With different majority of media outlets worldwide having endorsed Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton, Donald Trump’s victory shocked not just the world – but the media too.
Most of the polls were wrong and early predictions of a Hillary Clinton victory proved very wide of the mark.
After Mrs Clinton called him to concede, Trump told his supporters: “I pledge to every citizen of our land that I will be a president for all Americans, this is so important to me.”
