Anerlisa Muigai: Don’t want marriage? Get rich baby daddies
Keroche Breweries’ billionaire heiress on April 5, 2023, advised her younger followers to get rich men to have babies with if they felt marriage was not a path for them to take.
She offered this advice as part of her wider opinion on how people should not be pressured to have children.
“I don’t know how this will sound, but to my younger audience, please protect yourself until you get a proper career/marriage. A child in a proper marriage is always blessed but if you don’t want a marriage, at least let your baby daddy be rich; and not just the richness of cars (they depreciate). I mean the richness of a successful business with a promising future. Nowadays, you have to look into your children’s future but please, don’t forget to first get your sh*t together so you don’t become a psychotic baby mama. Lastly, let nobody pressure you to get children. You have to be fully mentally prepared because they need your full attention and love,” said Anerlisa in part.
She also went ahead to advise her followers that all they can do is look for money and keep God close to them as much as possible then the rest will follow.
The Nero Water Company Chief Executive has lately been living her new image after rebranding in terms of her friends, business, dressing, and personal life.
Nairobi News reported earlier how she also advised her one million followers not to ignore red flags in whatever relationships they had.
“Truth is, red flags are always visible in the first week, month; and if you want to stretch it, 6 months.
The problem is you think they will change. They hardly do and if they do, they only change to please you but trust, when they get comfortable, the red flags will start showing again,” said Anerlisa.
She also advised her followers to heed those red flags incase they ended up spelling doom for the relationship- this way, they wouldn’t be wasting time on relationships with no future in sight.
Anerlisa could have been speaking from experience following the scandalous end to her short-lived marriage to Tanzanian singer, BenPol. The term ‘red flags’ had been thrown about by both parties who claimed to have seen them and ignored them for the prize ahead but there was no prize to be won in the end.
