Avenue Hospital issues blood appeal after suspected terrorist attack
The Avenue Hospital in Parklands has sent out a blood appeal to cater for the victims of the 14 Riverside office park attack.
Other hospitals near Westlands including Aga Khan and MP Shah received victims from the attack for emergency health care services.
Avenue hospital in its appeal said it requires donors of all blood groups to walk into the facility for an urgent donation.
The hospital was overwhelmed with all health workers receiving and attending to patients brought in from the 14 Riverside attack.
Five survivors were rushed to hospital, two male and three female. Doctors said one lady succumbed to her injuries.
