Bahati sends sweet message to Diana amid their kid’s paternity controversy


Diana Marua, who has been the talk of the town this week regarding the paternity of her children has received moral support from her husband Bahati.

Diana has been on the subject of trolls a photoshopped image of her family portrait that went viral on social media platforms.

“Dear Diana. I know you’ve been on the headlines trending, I know it really doesn’t bother you, but I thought I should remind you of one thing before you sleep: You are a star!” Bahati’s message to Diana reads.

The singer, currently away on business, acknowledged the challenges that come with their public life.

He reflected on Diana’s journey from being introduced as his “prayer partner” to becoming a powerful and influential figure herself, boasting a substantial following on various platforms, particularly on YouTube where she’s become the most subscribed and followed content creator in East Africa.

Bahati also apologized to Diana for thrusting her into the limelight.

“At times I feel sorry and regret forcing you into the limelight, at times I want to ask you for forgiveness for exposing you to this ruthless side of the world, but looking at things Babe; This was God’s plan, You were created for this!” Bahati said.

He also mentioned their forthcoming wedding plans, revealing that they are 70 per cent complete.

“I might not say this enough times, but I’m a proud husband… I’m happy to call you wifey,” he gushed.

The message seems to have touched Diana, who responded with an equally warm reply.

“People don’t bother me, you know that and everybody aside, who will bother me at night for us to sleep at 6am when we have goals to achieve? I miss you our nights, can’t wait to hug you tight tomorrow, my king @BahatiKenya I love you,” she wrote.
