Gospel artist Bahati was roasted by his fans for filming an a cappella of one of his hits while driving with no seat belt.

In the video, the Lover hit maker is frequently seen removing his hand from the steering wheel while filming with his other hand.

But the video elicited a flurry of criticism from his fans online who expressed their resentment for the musician’s behaviour and disregard for road safety.

Bahati uploaded the video just after the New Year, terming the song Lover as one of his favorite hits of 2015.

MASSIVE AIRPLAY

Hilly Shanzu commented, “Nice one Bahati but acha kurecord kaa unadrive yawa anyway I love the song barikiwa sanaaa.”

Lilian Mckenzie added, “Dude.. wear a belt, stop taking selfie videos while driving and hands on the wheel!!”

Gosborn Meroka Nyambati-Omoisia O’Mocheche stated, “Not even driving, he gets away his hands from the steering while the car is moving? Had it been in USA, this clip could land in jail for 3 good years. Pple joke with lives sana.”

The 22-year-old had a great year in 2015 as his releases garnered massive airplay on local and international media as he carried out music tours in different countries.
