Bebe Cool in popularity contest with Chameleone
Ugandan popular singer Bebe Cool plans on setting a new record in Kampala, Uganda, with his upcoming concert “Friends of Bebe Cool” on August 7.
The event will be held at the Serena Hotel, the same venue where his music rival Jose Chameleone had his show in May and he hopes to get more fans to his show than Chameleone.
As Chameleone has been cashing in from his own concerts in the past year, Bebe has been struggling to make a music comeback in East Africa.
Meanwhile, rumour has it that Chameleone might be relocating to Kenya, where he jump started his music career.
In fact, last weekend, his flashy Cadillac Escalade SUV was spotted on Lang’ata Road, although his social media pages indicate that he is still in Kampala.
