Bien to Mulamwa: Celebrities navigate Christmas road accidents

In the midst of the joy and celebrations that mark the Christmas festive season, a somber note emerged as several celebrities have found themselves entangled in road accidents over the past few days.

As revealed through their social media accounts, many of these personalities were either en route to their holiday destinations or returning home when the unfortunate incidents occurred.

Fortunately, despite the alarming encounters on the road, the silver lining prevails – none of the celebrities involved has sustained serious injuries.

Here is a list of Kenyan celebrities who were involved in road accidents

Sauti Sol’s Bien took to social media to share a shocking image of his severely damaged black Porsche Cayenne after a December 30 accident.

“Thank GOD I made it out alive,” wrote the ‘Bald Men Anthem’ crooner wrote accompanying the post with the clasped hands emoji used to symbolize praying as R. Kelly’s ‘You Saved Me’ played in the background.

The image shared depicted the car situated in what seemed to be a salvage yard, with a visibly damaged white car behind it.

However, Bien refrained from providing additional details, leaving unanswered questions about whether he was alone, the specific time and location of the accident, and any other pertinent information regarding his distressing experience.

Comedian David Oyando, popularly known as Mulamwah, encountered a frightening road accident on December 30 at Ngata Bridge, near Nakuru.

Sharing post-accident clips on his socials, Mulamwah revealed that the vehicle he was traveling in had rolled multiple times while attempting to avoid an abruptly halted car.

Miraculously escaping with only minor scratches, Mulamwah thanked the residents and Kaptembwa police staff for their assistance at the scene.

“God of many chances – mungu ni mwema , it could have ended otherwise but GOD ako na sisi kila wakati. This happened today at around 12:47 Pale Ngata Bridge just before Nakuru as we were travelling to Nairobi from ELDORET, we rolled several times trying to evade a car in front which had just stopped suddenly following an emergency braking,” Mulamah said in part.

“My friend and I Got out safely with little scratches. No one was hurt in all vehicles involved. Glory to God we live to see another day 🙏. Always enjoy moments while you still can, it’s like tomorrow is never promised. Asante sana to the residents and Kaptembwa police staff who really helped us all on the scene. Baraka tele ♥️,” Mulamwah shared.

Videos shared by Trevor captured the unsettling moment when their vehicle veered off the road and into a culvert.
