Ciku Muiruri to quit radio
Radio queen Ciku Muiruri has announced her intent to quit radio after 15 years of service.
Ciku broke the news on Thursday on her Facebook page.
“I’m so thankful for the laughs, the tears, the lessons, the amazing people I have spoken to and the amazing people I have met. But alas, it is time to hang up my headphones and switch off my microphone,” she wrote.
Her early retirement begins end of Christmas. She said she will be seeking new adventures and challenges.
“I am following my heart to the next chapter of my life and I will still be locked to Classic 105 till Xmas.”
