Dennis Itumbi sues State Law Office for detention
State House Director of Digital Communication Dennis Itumbi is seeking compensation from the Attorney-General for being detained in 2012 in connection with the International Criminal Court cases.
Through his lawyer Moses Chelanga, Mr Itumbi says his constitutional right to privacy was violated when his home and computer were raided.
In a letter dated December 22, 2014 addressed to AG Githu Muigai, Mr Itumbi demands that the office admits liability.
