Diana Marua hints at reason for ending friendship with Bahati’s baby mama
Diana Marua, the wife of Kenyan gospel artist Bahati, has given a hint as to why her once-close relationship with Bahati’s baby mama, Yvette Obura, has ended.
The two women had a public friendship which was showcased on social media, with Mueni, the daughter of Yvette and Bahati, often featured in their posts.
However, their friendship came to an abrupt end, and Mueni’s presence on Bahati’s social media pages has become less frequent.
Diana has reportedly hinted that ungratefulness, bitterness, and spite led to the breakdown of their friendship.
Responding to a fan, Diana explained why she and Yvette are not in talking terms.
“Let’s not involve Jesus where there is ungratefulness, bitterness and spite,” Diana responded.
Her fans had warned her about getting too close to Yvette, with some suggesting that her kindness towards Yvette may have encouraged her to have another child with Bahati.
However, Diana has maintained that children are blessings and everyone should mind their own business.
In a video on Diana’s YouTube channel, Yvette revealed that it took her four years to move on from her grudge against Bahati and Diana.
She also spoke about her battle with postpartum depression after the birth of her daughter Mueni.
After their breakup, Yvette said that Bahati had moved on quickly and she found out about Diana through social media when Bahati introduced her as his “prayer partner.”
The reasons behind the end of the friendship between Diana and Yvette remain unclear, but it seems that there may have been some underlying tensions and issues.
As co-parents, they will still need to maintain some form of relationship for the sake of their daughter Mueni.
