Diana Marua reveals sex of unborn baby

By Freya Wanjiku October 18th, 2022 2 min read

Singer Bahati born Kevin Kioko and his wife Diana Marua are expecting a baby girl.

In a post on her Instagram, Diana said, “It’s a baby girl. Thank you God for answered prayers.”

The couple revealed they were expecting their third born in July through their song ‘Nakulombotove.’

In the video, Bahati is seen kneeling down as he caresses his heavily pregnant wife.

The song was released during the political season with Bahati vying for the Mathare parliamentary seat.

However, Bahati went silent after losing in his quest to capture the Mathare seat in the August 9 polls, 2022 polls.

On the other hand, Diana and Bahati’s baby mama Yvette Obura have hinted at trouble in paradise with Diana unfollowing Ms Obura on Instagram.

While it remained unclear why the two women appeared to be at odds, the move comes a day after Bahati wiped out his entire Instagram posts leaving people wondering what could be happening in the Bahati household.

His move to wipe clean his Instagram account came weeks after his wife posted a photo of a dove flying in front of a black background with a heartbreaking caption that said, ‘Only in the darkness can you see the stars.’

The post came days after she attended her surprise baby shower held by her friends and family.

Speaking to Nairobi News, Bahati confirmed that Diana was not doing okay and was not at liberty to reveal what was happening with her.

He also said they won’t be telling the public what is going on with his family.

Though now back in shape, Bahati released a new jam titled ‘Mambo ya Mhesh’ with the release being Diana’s queue to make a social media come back.

The duo has four children; three biological and one adopted.
