DJ Pierra Makena excited as daughter lands a major acting role
DJ Pierra Makena’s daughter, Pokot, has secured a new opportunity after landing a role in her debut movie.
The proud mother, reflecting on this achievement, revealed that Pokot will be acting alongside the renowned actress Jacky Vike.
Expressing her emotions, DJ Pierra Makena shared a moment of tears of joy, expressing pride in her daughter’s first movie deal.
She extended gratitude to the casting team, directors, and producers for recognizing the talent in her little girl.
Despite the mixed feelings of being away from her for four days during the shoot, knowing that Pokot is sharing the screen with @jackyvike brings a sense of relaxation to Makena.

She stated: “My moment of tears of joy. Riccas first movie deal, and I am so proud of her. … I can’t express how grateful I am to the casting team and the directors/producers for seeing the talent in my little girl… she is away from me on set for 4 days, and I don’t even know how I feel…. Also knowing she is acting alongside @jackyvike I’m a bit relaxed ☺️ #congratulations my baby @riccapokotofficial.”
In a recent interview, DJ Pierra Makena shared her perspective on having a second child, expressing her current feelings of guilt and the challenges of handling single parenthood.
She highlighted that her focus is on providing the best for her current child and not rushing into expanding her family.
“I will never, and may God help me. I can never take a man to court for child support. I wish I can take him to court for him to love the child. Let them take care of their emotions. I find it very wrong. If me and my child can afford one packet of milk, why should I take him to court so he can bring two and I feel he did it?”
Makena has remained tight-lipped about who her baby daddy is.
