DP Ruto submits a progress report on his Ph.D
Deputy President William Ruto on Tuesday presented his Ph.D progress report at the University of Nairobi.
Mr Ruto’s doctorate thesis is on the impact of human activities on riparian reserves.
Mr Ruto informed his followers on his Twitter handle saying “Presenting my Ph.D. progress report at the @uonbi on the impact of human activities on riparian reserves.”

Mr Ruto has a Bachelor of Science undergraduate degree in Botany and Zoology from University of Nairobi.
He graduated top of his class and was offered a scholarship to take up post-graduate studies at the university. In 2008, he graduated with a Master’s of Science Degree in Plant Ecology.
