Educate public on cashless fare system
When matatus finally move to a cashless fare payment platform in July, many Nairobians may be inconvenienced unless the government and players in the sector carry out a campaign to educate the public.
It is no secret that the biggest challenge facing the current BebaPay and Abiria platforms is that they are viewed with scepticism. People have still not wrapped their heads around the idea of a cashless system.
