Still, she wouldn’t have it any other way. Directed and produced by Julia Jansch, the film was written by Elsa Majimbo.

The film is featured under the category called Compass which features short documentaries about navigating life. It gives viewers a glimpse into her rise to fame and the harsh realities of unashamedly being herself.

Elsa will screen alongside other shorts in that category including The Dreamlife of Georgie Stone, Paint & Pitchfork, Santa Barbara and Walking Two Worlds.

The available dates to screen Elsa with a pass are June 9th and June 16th.

“My first film ever! I’m over the moon to have it premiered at Tribeca Film Festival. Shot in New York and shown in New York,” she tweeted.
