Governor Kidero should forward all 2000 legal cases his government inherited from the former City Council of Nairobi, whose bill comes to Sh1.2 billion to the police for investigation.
Approving the payment of the obscene amount of money, whose claimants colluded with corrupt City Hall officials will be tantamount to declaring that it is open season for all fraudsters lining up to steal from the county’s overburdened taxpayers.
