Etale: This is why Ruto was booed in Kisumu
ODM Party communications director Philip Etale has divided opinion on social media with his explanation on why Deputy President William Ruto was jeered at a campaign rally in Kisumu.
Mr Etale tweeted that the sole problem with the Kisumu residents is that Mr Ruto keeps calling Nasa presidential candidate Raila Odinga a witch doctor.
The explanation did not however go down well with some users who said both the President and his deputy have in the past badmouthed Mr Odinga hence that is not a reason why one of them was shouted down.

Others explained that both political sides abuse each other and that Mr Odinga too has in the past called the deputy president names.
Etale was seeking to explain the incidence that took place in Kisumu on Wednesday when the crowd shouted down the deputy president.
