EXCLUSIVE: Nameless shares secrets to maintaining his youthful appearance


Renowned singer David Mathenge, famously known as Nameless, has lifted the curtain on his age-defying regimen, shedding light on how he maintains his youthful appearance despite being 47 years old.

In an exclusive interview with Nairobi News, the iconic musician shared insights into his skincare routine, fitness and mindset.

Nameless emphasised the importance of hydration and exercise in preserving his youthful glow, stating:

“Skin routine is, I wash my face with warm water and apply some oil, and I keep a positive mindset and attitude. I also drink a lot of water, and that is what has made me remain younger and fresh.”

Acknowledging the occasional challenges of fatigue, Nameless highlighted the significance of healthy eating, regular exercise, and overall well-being in his quest for vitality.

As he celebrates an impressive 25 years in the music industry, Nameless is gearing up for an electrifying performance at BoomFest, a highly anticipated live music festival set to kick off in Kenya on Saturday, April 6, 2024, at the A.S.K Dome, from 2 pm till late.

Reflecting on his enduring presence in the music scene, Nameless expressed gratitude for the opportunity to share the stage with both seasoned veterans and emerging talents.

“I am representing the veterans in the industry, but we also have an amazing lineup of very young guys, and we have It is all Kenyan,” Nameless remarked.

“I want to inspire people and make them see that you can be in the industry for many years and still carry yourself well by respecting others and the business.”

In addition to his musical endeavors, Nameless is set to release a new song, with the accompanying video already in production.

This song will be part of his upcoming album.
