Explain the use of walkways by PSVs
The county government should come out and explain if pedestrian pavements surrounding Machakos Country Bus terminus are now an extension of it.
Since mid-last year, PSV operators have been parking their buses on the walkways from where they pick passengers.
Pedestrians are then forced to walk on Pumwani or Landhies roads, endangering their lives. Is it that the terminus is outstretched and no longer accommodates more buses?
