Families conned by county land gangs
Unsuspecting families are buying land from gangsters who have already sold it to someone else.
Eight out of 10 plots being sold in Ruai, Kangundo Road and sections of the Eastern Bypass have no genuine titles, according to local Provincial Administration officers.
And at least 300 homes off Kangundo Road in Ruai have been built on illegally acquired land and are now subject to continuing ownership disputes.
