I feel like I need to give my son a sibling – Janet Mbugua

Former television anchor Janet Mbugua on Thursday intimated that she would like to give her first born son a sibling.

In a tell-it-all interview on K24, Janet said she feels her son needs a sibling.

She however confirmed that she did not quit television because of being pregnant, as had been rumored online, adding that she will add another child when the time is right.

“I would love to have at the very most twins or another child; I don’t know if I want a massive family,” said Janet.

Asked if she had expected to have twins she said; “We love being twins ,we’ve loved growing up as twins, so we would love seeing that happen.”

Janet also admitted to sacking her nanny for taking photos of her child, adding that she is very protectful of her son.

The motherhood ambassador added that she does not allow anyone to take photos of her son and always posts photos where he is with a loved one.

In the interview Janet also revealed how she met her husband in high school and kept reconnecting, but only got to date when she was ready to settle down.

Janet, in the interview, also assured viewers that the break from TV life is just for a while and she will be back.

She explained that she took time of the screen to concentrate on personal projects and her family.

The former TV anchor stated that she had a good time working with Hussein Mohammed, adding that their relationship was purely professional but they were friends as well.
