Gaucho arrested following viral oath taking video on maandamano
Bunge la Mwananchi President Calvince Okoth aka Gaucho was arrested on Wednesday night taking an oath over the planned three-day anti-government protests.
This was after a video emerged online showing Gaucho taking an oath with the blood of a freshly slaughter goat. In the video, he vows to protect Azimio la Umoja – One Kenya Coalition leader Raila Odinga at all costs.
The video is reported to have been shot at Kamukunji grounds in Nairobi on Tuesday where Gaucho was mobbed by several youths who appeared to be charged.
