Uber to give out free nyama choma to customers this Friday
Taxi-hailing firm Uber Kenya will on Friday treat its customers in Nairobi to free nyama choma.
The firm will partner with Roast by Carnivore to deliver the nyama choma to customers located in Westlands and the city centre.
The promotion will run between 12pm and 2pm.
To order, users will only have to open the Uber app, tap UberCHOMA banner at the bottom of the screen and request an UberCHOMA.
For the lucky customers, a driver will arrive at their location with the free nyama choma.
“Be sure to go outside when your request is accepted. This will make it easier to connect with your driver and help ensure a quick drop-off,” a statement from the firm said.
According to Uber, they anticipate demand to be high and customers will have to keep checking back and try to request again if the initial request is not successful.
The Roast by Carnivore offers mouthwatering selections of pork andbeef ribs at ‘The Hub Karen’ shopping mall.
