Gladys Shollei walks out on NTV interviewer and Twitter is divided – VIDEO
Former judiciary registrar Gladys Boss Shollei on Thursday walked out on a NTV interviewer while being grilled on her involvement in financial impropriety.
Ms Shollei had been asked about integrity issues when she removed her lapel microphone and walked out on the interviewer.
The aspiring Uasin Gishu Woman Representative is among 20 politicians flagged by civil society watchdogs over integrity issues.
The rights groups on Wednesday said the 20 should not be allowed to contest in the upcoming elections.
Ms Shollei Boss is facing abuse of office charges relating to an alleged irregular procurement of a palatial residence valued at Sh310 million for the retired Chief Justice.
She was being interviewed by Jane Ngoiri when she refused to talk about her integrity and walked out on the interviewer.
Kenyans on twitter had mixed reactions to what was christened “The Boss Exit.”

Gladys Boss Shollei gives a reason as to why she’s BOSSY. Anyway, Kenyans gonna still vote for her, just like they’ll do Waiguru.
