Gloria Muliro’s estranged husband fights for reconciliation
Looks like singer Gloria Muliro and her Congolese husband are yet to sort out their marital issues, months after details of their troubled marriage leaked to the media.
The gospel singer’s husband, Pastor Eric Omba posted on his Facebook on Monday; “This is how much I love my wife and I will love my wife forever, I will fight for her until she comes back to me, she is the Love of my life no matter what.”
The words were accompanied by a YouTube video that was uploaded on Friday where the pastor said talks are on going to reconcile him with Gloria Muliro.
In the video, filmed from an angle that seems to be from a hidden camera, Pastor Omba disclosed that he still loves his wife and they are not divorced.

“Mi najaribu yote vile tunaweza kurudisha maneno pamoja na tukae pamoja mimi na mke wangu tuishi pamoja, nimejaribu njia nyingi, nimejaribu kutumia dada zake, familia yake, marafiki zake wa karibu…mimi kama mchungaji najua kuna mahali nimekosea,” he said in the video.
A newspaper article had in January revealed that Gloria Muliro’s marriage had hit the rocks after Pastor Omba had left their matrimonial house.
The article claimed that an angry Gloria Muliro had also moved out, but that Pastor Omba quickly returned to the house to portray his wife as the deserter .
According to the article, the two got married in April 2010 and the relationship had been rocky since their wedding night.
RECONCILIATION
But Pastor Omba, in his Facebook post on Monday, said there is need for reconciliation and forgiveness.
He said he has been asking for forgiveness from the singer and has been praying that things go back to where they were.
He lauded his in-laws for their support, stating that Gloria’s father has been praying for them.
He added that he has no problem with how Gloria reacted to the situation, stating that she is human and so there was nothing wrong with her telling her side of the story.
