Guards charged with robbing Haji’s daughter freed
Two guards accused of robbing the daughter of Garissa Senator Yusuf Haji at gunpoint were set free on Tuesday.
The prosecution told the court that investigations did not link Mr David Otieno and Mr Johnstone Andati Songa to an incident in which Ms Ramla Yusuf Haji was robbed of Sh600,000, jewellery and $1,000 (Sh90,000) on March 8 at Oak Valley in Kileleshwa, Nairobi.
