Harambee Stars strikers, NTV reporter survive road accident

Harambee Stars striker Allan Wanga, his wife NTV reporter Brenda Wanga and their two children survived death narrowly after their car rolled over in Naivasha on Sunday evening.

The couple was in the car together with another Harambee Stars striker Jacob Keli, his wife Remy and another friend.

The players and their families were taken to a nearby clinic for check up and were thereafter discharged.

“Nobody is hurt. The driver lost control and rolled once. The seat belts saved us all,” Keli told Nairobi News.

“Save for a knock on the head I am fine. Already seen a doctor, says it is just a swelling,” said Brenda.

The group was travelling to Nairobi after spending the weekend at a tourist resort in the lakeside City.
