Has Jacque Maribe finally kicked Jowie to the curb?

Has Citizen TV anchor and reporter Jacque Maribe finally decided to part ways with her fiancé Joseph Irungu, alias Jowie, who is facing murder charges?

If her Instagram page is anything to go by, then Maribe might have just decided to drop lover boy Jowie like a hot potato or opted to keep their relationship away from the prying eyes on social media.

Nairobi News has established that the tv presenter has deleted from her Instagram page all photos of and those taken with Jowie, who is currently in jail after the court denied him bail.

From their last appearance in court on December 18, 2018, the two lovebirds shared passionate hugs and openly exchanged pleasantries and loving looks.

However, Maribe’s recent move to delete all his images raises eyebrows, amid speculation on what her next move is likely to be.

Initially, her Instagram account was full of photos of moments shared with him at various locations, including when Jowie went down on one knee and proposed to her with her close friends present.

Despite her Instagram purge, Jowie has not taken down a single photo featuring the Citizen TV anchor and reporter with strong political connections.

Jowie is accused of murdering businesswoman Monica Kimani at her apartment in Kilimani.

He is currently detained at the Kamiti Maximum Prison after the court rejected his application to be released on bail, while his lover Maribe was set free on bail.
