Here are the tenants of 14 Riverside office park, scene of bomb attack


The 14 Riverside office park that was scene of a bomb attacks on Tuesday has six buildings that house different organisations.

The main tenant is Dusit D2 hotel.

Before Dusit Hotel is the Belgravia building that houses Amandari Limited, Tintoria Limited, Dolce Cavallo, AC Nielsen Kenya Limited, Horizons Group Limited and Keroche Industries Limited.

Opposite Dusit Hotel is the Grosvenor building that houses the Commission for Revenue Allocation.

Other tenants in the building are Gatsby Africa, Brighter Monday Limited, Amadeus Global Travel Distribution Ltd, HIP Partners Kenya, Adam Smith International, Quintessentially Lifestyle Services and Soi.

The Hanover building is next to the entrance and houses I & M Bank Limited, Orion Pharmacy, Croydon Limited, Deepa Dosaja Limited, BASF East Africa Limited, Media Edge Interactive Limited, LG Electronics Africa Logistics FZE, Control Risks East Africa, Horizons Group Limited, Evonik Industries AG and Colgate Palmolive (EA) Limited.

The Arlington building houses Safari Trails, Westlands Forex Bureau ExChange Ltd, Genafrica Asset Managers Limited, JHPiego Corporation, Reckitt Benckiser, Fanisi Capital, Redhouse Group, VISA CEMEA Holdings Limited, Pernod Ricard Limited and Mitsui & Co. Europe Plc Nairobi Branch.

The Cavendish building is on the far end of the park and houses Dow Chemical East Africa Limited, Adam Smith International Africa Limited, Kenya Gatsby Trust, Sandawoods Limited, Delors Limited t/a LJA Associates Advocates, SAP East Africa, Landmark Virtual Offices Limited and Cellulant Kenya Limited.
