History in reverse as ‘Moses’ visits Nairobi after ‘Jesus’
It looks like Nairobi is “under siege” by Bible characters lookalikes, something that is causing a spiritual buzz among the locals.
And on Friday, a picture of a white man with unkempt long hair, bushy beard adorning ancient Hebrew clothing of cloth skirts, has thrilled netizens who have likened the man to Moses from the Bible who lead the Israelites from bondage in Egypt.
The man was pictured looking as if he was preaching to people who were sitting around Kenya National Archives. The photo has been widely shared on social media.

Moses is a prophet in Abrahamic religions. According to the Hebrew Bible, he was a former Egyptian prince who later in life became a religious leader and lawgiver, to whom the authorship of the Torah, or acquisition of the Torah from Heaven is traditionally attributed.
He is one of the most important prophet in Judaism and in Christianity.
According to the Bible, Jesus came many years after Moses, making the latest “scenario” a reversal of history.
Some Kenyans on Twitter made fun of the latest picture, which some adjudged to have been photoshopped.
