How Karen Nyamu plans to ‘to shed body weight’
Karen Nyamu, Samidoh’s baby mama, is never one to shy away from expressing her concerns.
Even the politician’s baby daddy, the Mugithi singer, whose real name is Samuel Muchoki, can’t make her bow down to a man, as she once stated.
Karen isn’t even hesitant about dealing with online criticism. She regularly fires back at fans who step on her toes.
This time around, the nominated Senator allied with to United Democratic Alliance (UDA) party has taken to her social media accounts to announce her intention to lose weight.
Clad in a pink and white checkered outfit, Karen uploaded a photo, stating that her body is calling for the gym.
“Na kamenona…Gym inakaita kwa maneno (And she has gained weight…The gym is calling her),” the politician posted on her Instagram account.
She also posted the message on her official Facebook page.
Her fans have since encouraged her to embark on a weight loss journey.
However, some have speculated that her weight gain might be due to pregnancy.
Stacy_phineas commented, “Hiyo ni mimba kamami sio kunona. Usiende gym, mtoto ataumizwa (That’s pregnancy, not just gaining weight. Don’t go to the gym, the child will be hurt).”
“Ni kama kako na mimba karembo ketu (It seems our beautiful one is pregnant),” alleged lea.hmaina, while sheekowmaina pondered whether it could be Samidoh’s third child.
The Mugithi singer has two children with Karen Nyamu.
The vocal politician’s firstborn child was conceived with a different man.
Samidoh has been involved in an affair with Karen, a situation that led his wife to leave her matrimonial home.
In March 2023, his wife, Edday Nderitu, traveled to the United States (US) with their three children.
Although the vernacular singer now appears remorseful, Edday said she had quit the marriage owing to his infidelity.
