Huddah ‘shuts down’ Skyluxx on her Valentine’s Day party
There was near stampede at a Nairobi club last Saturday night when thousands of revellers turned up for Valentine’s Day bash hosted by socialite Huddah Monroe.
The party, held at Skyluxx Club in Westlands was titled the ‘Art Of Luxury’ and had been publicized by Huddah on her Instagram page days to the event.
The club’s entertainment manager George Mangusa told Nairobi News that the club was at full capacity by 1 am Sunday, with hundreds waiting outside.
“The club’s capacity is about 1,200 people so we were forced to turn people away since we couldn’t handle more,” he said.
EXPENSIVE DRINKS
He also said most of the drinks ran out.
“The expensive drinks like Hennessy and Ciroc ran out so we had to get more,” he said.
On social media, lots of revelers who made it to the party, most of them being her followers on social media, praised Huddah for a job well done.
The socialite also took to Instagram to show off her fame, posting images of the crowd, as well as videos of people hustling to take selfies with her.
“It was a full house! If you missed this party I feel sorry for you! A lot of people were locked out , full house ain’t no joke. The Turnover was real!” she said.
Of late, the former Big Bro Africa contestant has been living life on the fast lane, posting pictures of “her” Range Rover SUV as well as those of her travels abroad.
