Huddah’s blonde moment behind the wheel with no seat belt

Socialite Huddah Monroe is at it again. She has captured on video the moment she got behind the wheel and drove without wearing a seat belt.

Kenyan law obliges all motorists to wear a seat belt when the vehicle is in motion or face a penalty.

The Boss Lady posted the video on Instagram capturing the moment she drove along State House road while dancing to a song. She was with a female passenger who was also not wearing a seat belt.

This is not the first time the socialite has found herself in trouble.

Earlier this month, Huddah’s Range Rover was clamped by city askaris along Koinange Street after she allegedly failed to pay the parking fee and as well parking at a slot reserved for disabled people.

According to the National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) Act, section 22A (3) and (4), failure to wear seat belt while vehicle is in motion is to be penalized sh500.
