Jaguar seeks Prof Kaimenyi’s help in fighting drugs in schools
Kenyan singer Charles Njagua Kanyi aka Jaguar has urged the government to help in stopping drug abuse amongst school going youngsters.
Jaguar was directly addressing Education Cabinet Secretary Jacob Kaimenyi on Friday at Mt Kenya University, during the institution’s eighth graduation ceremony.
Jaguar was among the guests invited to speak at the event.
“Many young people are innovative, let’s encourage that,” he said. “This way, we will not have idle minds engaging themselves in drug abuse.”
The Kigeugeu hit-maker told the CS to help set up football tournaments in schools to keep young people busy.
