Joey,a lady who takes challenges head on
Joey Muthengi has been in the entertainment scene for a while now. You will either find her acting or trying out her voice in a song.
Joey made her debut when she acted in the TV series, Changing Times ,as a rich man’s wife. “Changing Times was an unbelievable experience and I’m thankful to have been a part of the team,” she said.
Joey later joined radio and hosted a show at Capital FM. She has also hosted the Channel O music show and recently, TPF 6.
“I never dreamt that I would one day host Tusker Project Fame but I am glad I did. It has given me new experiences that I’m sure will take me a long way, besides, it was amazing working with the all-too-loud, know-it-all Dr Mich,” she told Chillax.
Asked why she was still single in spite of her hot looks, she responded: “Life has made me an extremely stubborn person. I don’t settle and honestly, not many men can put up with me most of the times. I’d rather chill on the so-called relationship tip. I enjoy going on dates though especially when I’m paying the bills because it lets the guy know that I’m only there for his company and I don’t feel like I owe him anything afterwards.”
Her future is still uncertain and said only God knows.
“I would love to have more acting opportunities, host, and one day own a recording studio but as for what happens next, we’ll all just have to stay tuned!”
