Joy as gospel artist Peace Mulu is discharged after surgery
Gospel artist Peace Mulu, popular for her Ombea Adui Yako hit, was on Sunday discharged from the Kenyatta National Hospital after undergoing surgery to rectify a fractured leg.
The singer was early last month involved in grisly road accident along Kangundo road.
The singer underwent surgery and has been under medication while going through therapy at the hospital.
A jubilant Peace left the hospital on Sunday afternoon in the company of her relatives and friends. She thanked all those who supported her.
Gospel artists are will on Sunday, February 8 hold a fundraiser at the Redeemed Gospel Church in Huruma at 2pm to help in clearing the hospital bill.
The organisers of the fundraiser are calling on friends to support the singer to clear the hospital bill and get back on her feet.
On Sunday, while being discharged, the singer had a plastered leg that she said was healing well.
