Kenyans on Twitter demanding justice for murdered university student
Kenyans on Twitter are demanding justice following the death of university student Sharon Otieno whose lifeless body was found in Kodero forest in Homa Bay on Tuesday night.
The 26 year old second year student of Medical Records and Information at Rongo University went missing since Monday evening.
It later emerged that she had been kidnapped alongside Nation Journalist Barrack Oduor. Mr Oduor managed to escape but sustained serious injuries.
Sharon’s father Douglas Otieno on Wednesday confirmed to the Nation that he viewed his daughter’s body at the Oyugis Level Four Hospital in Oyugis at 1am.
KOT expressed their sadness to the tragic news urging the police to conduct a speedy investigation so that the culprits can be brought to justice according to the law.
