Kalembe Ndile injured in Mombasa Road accident
Former Kibwezi Member of Parliament, Kalembe Ndile, was on Saturday morning injured in a road accident along the Nairobi-Mombasa highway.
According to Athi River traffic base, the accident happened near Devki area and it involved a Subaru Forester driven by Mr Ndile and a Mercedes Benz by a motorist only identified as Nicodemus.
According to the police, Mr Ndile was heading to Mombasa direction and collided head on with a Mercedes Benz which was heading in the opposite direction.
The former legislator sustained a fracture on the right leg and left hand. He was rushed to Shalom Community Hospital where he was admitted in fair condition.
