Karen Nyamu: Amira made a mistake in leaving Jimal Roho Safi
Nominated Senator Karen Nyamu has argued that businessman Jimal Roho Safi’s ex-wife Amira made a mistake in leaving him.
Commenting on a post he had made, Karen who knows a thing or two about fighting for someone you love shared that she believes Amira will one day go back to Jimal.
Plucking a page of polygamy from her own relationship with Mugithi maestro Samidoh and his wife Edday Nderitu, Karen advised that she is confident that Jimal would be able to balance all his women.
“Jimal nakupenda tu. You are a good man. Like I have always told you, Amira made a mistake to leave you just because of another woman. I hope siku moja atarudi unawaweza wote balance ndio key,” she said.
Amira broke up with Jimal and even filed for divorce after he started an affair with socialite Amber Ray born Faith Makau. The two, Amber and Amira would engage in an online spat regularly airing their dirty linen in public.
While at it Jimal kept posting about Amber on his socials taunting Amira something that reinforced the drama between the two ladies. However, Amber still broke up with Amira.
In a question and answer session on Instagram, Amira detailed that she regrets getting married to the businessman.
According to her, Jimal was violent and abusive but she stayed in the marriage for the sake of her two children.
She also revealed that co-parenting with him had been a nightmare.
“I love my kids to death and if I had a choice to go back in time and make the right decisions. I wouldn’t have picked him as their father, unfortunately,” Amira said adding that she regrets not quitting earlier.
Additionally, she made it clear that she would never forgive Jaimal and that she was happy she had to make the eternal decision of moving out of that marriage for the sake of her peace.
“He was the worst person I have ever met and I loathe him with passion, I will never forgive him and even if I die today, I wouldn’t want him to bury me or even mourn me.”
After Jimal broke up with Amber, he started dating Wangari Thiong’o whom he claimed was just his best friend. They welcomed their first child but he started flirting with Amber publicly. Whether his relationship with Wangari would last is just a test of time.
When Edday announced she was calling it quits in her marriage, Amira provided a shoulder for her to lean on.
