Kate Actress contemplating second cosmetic surgery
Catherine Kamau, popularly known as Kate Actress, has hinted at the possibility of undergoing another cosmetic surgery following a previous weight loss procedure that did not yield the desired results.
The actress opened up about her thoughts on a second cosmetic surgery while interacting with fans on Instagram.
The mother of two, recently shared photos of herself working out and expressed her frustration over the constant battle between maintaining a healthy diet and achieving her desired abs.
“The constant battle between Food and ABS 😩 Mai lawd! But anyways, these gym fits are the cutest. Super stretchy and comfy too…” she captioned her post.
Her post resonated with many fans who empathised with her struggle to balance diet and fitness.
“The struggle is real!!!!” commented her besties, actress Izareeh.
Responding to Izareeh’s comment, Kate Actress hinted at saving up for a liposuction procedure.
“But at least we are saving for lipo,” she replied.
In 2022, Kate Actress opted for a gastric Allurion procedure as an alternative weight loss method, which she described as a lifesaver.
However, she decided to reverse the procedure after it resulted in excessive weight loss against her wishes.
She removed the gastric balloon after just four months, during which she lost 15kg in the initial weeks.
“I told them (the hospital) I wanted to lose weight but not this much because I still want to maintain my curvy figure,” Kate Actress explained.
In a TikTok video, Kate Actress also shared that she is used silicon that lasted for eight months.
She emphasised that the success of such procedures depends on maintaining portion control and incorporating regular workouts.
“If you don’t learn portion control and how to eat light and move your body, you’ll be doing zero work. You still have to put in some effort,” she advised.
Liposuction is a type of surgery that uses suction to remove fat from specific areas of the body, such as the stomach, hips, thighs, buttocks, arms or neck.
