Kenyan house music maestro EUGGY has unleashed his long-awaited EP, “CHUKI,” upon the global music landscape.
The EP, a fusion of electronic beats and East African sounds, promises a transcendent experience that defies musical boundaries.
EUGGY’s prowess in the world of house music has been evident in various records, but “CHUKI” stands as a milestone, showcasing his ability to blend the traditional with the contemporary, creating a sonic odyssey that spans the pan-African spectrum.
The lead single, featuring the mesmerizing vocals of Idd Aziz and the production finesse of South African-based Tekniq, sets the tone for the EP. This collaboration seamlessly marries EUGGY’s electronic flair with Aziz’s soulful vocals, delivering an infectious and soul-stirring track.
The EP kicks off with “Lamo,” a debut collaboration with Benga King Winyo. This afro house masterpiece harmonizes Winyo’s powerful Dholuo vocals with EUGGY’s expertly crafted percussions and basslines, resulting in a magical blend of East African sounds.
